I reached out to Carly to ask for her assistance in exploring the key strengths that both myself and one of my staff members have so that we could understand how we both work and most importantly how we could work better together.

Right from the start, Carly did this in a very sensitive but open and honest manner. She quickly developed an understanding of the problems at hand and dealt with them in a systematic and constructive manner with both parties having equal input.
