People fundamentally differ in thinking, acting, feeling, perceiving, and responding. These differences can be categorised into four basic and easily recognisable personality styles. A personality style will dictate a communication style. 


Most of us, to some extent, operate in all four domains, yet each of us is oriented to one dominant style that indicates our behaviour preferences. That one style greatly influences how you build relationships, get things done, learn, what you avoid, how you react to other people and circumstances, and how you use your skills and abilities.


Delivered in a highly interactive, practical, and fun 90-minute workshop style session, your attendees will discover their dominant communication style, its strengths and challenges, and learn about the other styles and the value they bring.

  • Look back at how you've learned to talk and interact with others. It mixes your experiences, where you come from, and what you've been taught. Let us understand how all these have shaped the unique way you communicate.

The power of your internal dialogue:

  • Get to know the little voice inside your head better. It talks a lot, right? Sometimes, it's your cheerleader, and at other times, it could use a bit of pep talk. Discover how this inner chat shapes how you feel about yourself and how you face different situations.

Ways to cultivate a success mindset: 

  • Let’s find some simple, doable ways to help tune your mind towards achieving what you want. It's about seeing the tough times as steps to grow and keeping a positive, go-getter attitude.
