and I love helping others experience that shift.
What I love about Communicate Powerfully is how real and practical it is. It’s not about perfection — it’s about clarity,
courage, and connection. The tools are simple, but the impact runs deep.
My Journey
My path into communication training grew from a deep desire to help people feel heard, respected, and
confident in their interactions — something I didn’t always experience myself.
After years in roles supporting others behind the scenes, I realised my true passion was helping people find
their voice and use it powerfully. A turning point came when I completed the Communicate Powerfully course
myself and discovered how much more empowered I felt once I learned to communicate clearly and assertively
- not just professionally, but personally.
That experience, combined with my strengths in coaching, strategy, and empathy, led me to become a
facilitator. Now, I’m honoured to help others grow their confidence, navigate tough conversations, and build
strong, authentic connections.
My Experience
With a background in admin, project management, and events, I’ve worked across sectors like government,
construction, retail, and hospitality. From festivals to safety upgrades, communication has always been central to
my work.
I create calm, practical spaces where people can reflect, grow, and build confidence. My approach combines
strategy, empathy, and real-world experience to help others communicate with clarity and impact.

Who I Have Worked With
Throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals and teams across a range of sectors — including
construction, administration, local government, and customer service — to achieve greater clarity, confidence,
and connection in how they communicate.
Whether it’s helping a project team collaborate more effectively on-site, or supporting admin professionals
through complex or sensitive conversations, I focus on practical, real-world solutions that make a genuine
impact.
I’m also passionate about working with community groups that support women and neurodivergent
individuals. I aim to create inclusive spaces where people feel safe to find their voice, navigate challenges, and
build strong, authentic relationships — both at work and beyond.
