We found the Communicate Powerfully session extremely valuable, it was relatable, easy to understand and we all came away with practical things to implement from day 1.  The team found it interesting to learn each other's communication styles; as a result they grew their understanding of how to communicate with each other.  At team meetings, people have shared instances where they navigated tricky conversations by maintaining a positive communication style. Additionally, staff have printed out and posted strategies at their workstations for use when engaging with clients over the phone.  I highly recommend the session to others. Communication learning is never ending and this programme has something for everyone.
