I’m a leader, culture and change specialist, communication trainer, and founder of HumanSync—on a mission to help people thrive the human-centred way. I work with individuals, leaders, and teams to strengthen how they connect, influence, and inspire by syncing people and purpose to drive performance.

My Journey
My journey with Communicate Powerfully began with curiosity—a search for communication training that truly resonated. I’d seen how central communication is in every organisation, yet noticed a need for fresh perspectives and deeper reflection.
That search led me to a two-day immersive experience that changed everything. The content didn’t just land professionally—it struck a personal chord. I realised this wasn’t just valuable for my workplace; it was something every human needs.
The clarity, simplicity, and purpose of the work hit home. It felt like perfect timing, and I knew I had to go deeper. Because when people have the tools to communicate with confidence and clarity, it doesn’t just transform workplaces—it transforms lives. That’s the kind of impact I want to be part of.
My Experience
With 20+ years in leadership, I’ve supported everything from tight-knit local teams to national workforces of 700+. I’ve coached and mentored people at all levels—from blue-collar crews to senior leaders—helping them navigate complexity, shape culture, and lead real change.
As a seasoned leader, I bring a grounded, practical approach to communication—one that respects the individuality of every person.
